No gemstone on earth is indestructible. Diamonds, Moissanite, Ruby's, Sapphires and all other gemstones have the chance to be damaged when worn.
How Does our program work?
We buy or give you credit toward a new standard moissanite stone or forever brilliant moisanite stone. We accept moissanite stones of 1/2 (one half) carat and up only.
What do I have to do?
1) Go to our contact page and fill out your information. Tell us the mm size and/or carat weight and shape of your damaged moissanite stone. Tell us if you want to sell us the damaged stone or use it toward a purchase.
2) Wait for your email response from our representative with the details for shipping the damaged moissanite which will also include a PO# or EXC#
What are the policy's?
1) Do not send a package that does not have the PO# or EXC# written on the outside of the package. These packages will not be signed for.
2) All packages require a signature. packages that do not require a signature will be returned to sender.
3) Do not try to fool us. In the event that you send us any stones that you know are not moissanite gemstones these stones will be automatically forfeited and not returned. Everything is tested.
4) Do not send damaged stones that are in such poor condition that we can not re-cut the stones. Any such stones will be discarded and not returned.
5) If you have the original paperwork for your moissanite purchase, please send it as proof of moissanite purchase to speed up the buy/credit process.
What do we pay for damaged stones?
1) We pay $25.00 per carat to buy and $50.00 per carat as credit towards a new standard or forever brilliant gemstone.
