If you are not completely satisfied with your Amants By Design Moissanite jewelry purchase for any reason simply follow the instructions below to return your jewelry item with proof of purchase, and all materials received for a full refund excluding a re-stocking / Cleaning / Processing fee (10% of purchase). All items returned must be sent via USPS insured with delivery confirmation.

You must email sales@amantsbydesign.com within "7 days of receiving your jewelry item" for a return authorization number. Your jewelry item must be received within 30 days of the purchase date. All items marked "Special Order," "Platinum," "Palladium," "Remounts"  & "One Time Only" are final sales. All coupon codes do not appy to Monthly or One Time Specials. We do however warrant all jewelry against manufactures defects for 30 days from the date of order. Note: All Palladium Jewelry will incur an additional 5% return smelting fee. Amants By Design is not responsible for chipped, lost or broken stones after 30 days from purchase date. In the event that your package is returned to us without following our return policy, your package will be returned to you via USPS insured with delivery confirmation and we will not be finacially responsible for the item once the item has been shipped. By purchasing your item from Amants By Design you agree to all of the terms of our return policy. All items returned must be sent via USPS insured with delivery confirmation.

All special orders are final sales and our 30 day guarantee does not apply. We do warrant the workmanship of the product and manufacturers defects for 30 Days. Special orders include but do not exclude

F) any resized ring from original order

Returned items that have signs of any wear, resizing, security tag removal, engraving, alterations or damages in any way will not be accepted for return.

All returns must be shipped in the original packaging, addressed in the below mentioned format along with proof of purchase, certificate of authenticity (A $79.00 fee will be charged on any return that does not contain the Certificate of Authenticity in its original form) and any other material received. A copy of the email with your issued RA number must be printed off and enclosed with the returned item. In addition, the RA number must be written on the outside of the returned package. (failure to do so will result in a denied acceptance of your return.) In the event that your package is returned to us without following our return policy, your package will be returned to you via USPS insured with delivery confirmation and we will not be finacially responsible for the item once the item has been shipped. We use the United States Postal Service as a government agency to deliver your package and any fraud or false statements may be prosecuted by the federal government. All items returned must be sent via USPS insured with delivery confirmation.
